Have you noticed how the same old, tired, worn out phrases so often show up in small business advertising? If you don’t believe me take a look in your local paper or in the yellow-pages. I’m not quite sure why companies create ads with these phrases but I suppose it could be a play it safe strategy. If it works for the competition…..besides those ads are expensive so who wants to make a mistake!
It’s easy to be a critic but we’d like you to develop ads which are quite different to your competition. Show your customers why you are a better choice than your competition.
Anyway, I thought it would be fun and hopefully instructional to create a compilation of these overused terms in the hope of banishing them forever. Feel free to leave a comment with your own “favorites”
