How does Marketing Coaching Work?
Depending on the plan you chose, we meet together either individually or as a group twice a month. With both plans we use the Duct Tape Marketing System as a framework.
Coaching is ideal for small business owners seeking a proven and systematic marketing system. You will build a practical and effective marketing plan and receive the long-term accountability of a coach who is interested in the success of your business.
Individual Marketing Coaching:
The program is tailored to your specific needs. We meet for two 90 minute in-person sessions to work together to create your marketing plan and address your marketing issues.
Between meetings you read the Duct Tape Marketing System materials, listen to the CDs and apply the knowledge to your business which we then review during our individual meetings.
Tele-group Marketing Coaching
We meet on the phone for one hour as a group of no more than 5 business owners. The first session of each month is an overview and discussion of that month's topic area. The second meeting of the month is for a group discussion and to review marketing progress of participants.
Group coaching is ideal for business owners who enjoy being part of a non-competitive business peer group.

With both the individual and group coaching programs, you receive unlimited (but reasonable) email and phone support.
